Refund and Return Policy
At Nascosta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ship it back within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Returns incur an $8 fee, deducted from your refund total. However, this fee is waived for exchanges or if you choose store credit.
Items must be in their original condition with tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy, including items with visible marks from makeup. Sale merchandise, hosiery, undergarments, swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-order items can only be returned or canceled for store credit.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
Email us at team@shopnascosta.com with your order number in the subject line. Please include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Shipping and Local Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-3 days of receipt. Orders placed with 2-Day Shipping will be shipped same day or if placed after 3pm EST, it will be processed and mailed the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Please select the shipping option that best suits you during check-out. For alternate shipping options, please email team@shopnascosta.com.
If you are located in South Florida, we offer local delivery right to your door! Deliveries are available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday or by appointment. After selecting our Local Delivery option at check-out, you will be provided with available times.
